If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you may return your goods for a full refund, providing we get them back within 14 days of receipt, in original saleable condition and in the original packaging. To open a return, email us at email@example.com stating why you would like to return the item. You will then be instructed on how to return your item. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.
We do not hold specific stock for exchanges, however if you wish to exchange your item you may return your original purchase in accordance with this policy and submit a new order online.
